dsh-codex-import: Import OpenAI Codex CLI history sessions into DSH

dsh-codex-import is an MIT-licensed DSH plugin and standalone CLI designed to import historical conversations from OpenAI Codex CLI into DeepSeek Harness (DSH). It supports running via the DSH command or as a standalone CLI, requiring Node >=22.20. This tool fully preserves user messages, assistant replies, tool calls, turn/step structure, and session titles, enabling browsing, searching, and continuing sessions within DSH. During installation, the package name must be added to the allowBuilds configuration in pnpm and the service restarted.
